Terms & Conditions
Welcome to G-TAN! We are committed to providing you with a premium tanning and beauty experience in a safe and professional environment. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. GENERAL POLICIES
✔ Age Requirement – Customers must be 17 years or older to use UV tanning beds. Those 16 and under must have parental consent for all other tanning services.
✔ Health & Safety – Clients should consult a doctor if they have any medical conditions that may be affected by tanning or beauty treatments.
✔ Right to Refuse Service – G-TAN reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating salon policies or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
2. APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
✔ Booking Policy – Appointments can be scheduled online, via phone, or in person. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
✔ Online Booking – We do not take online booking
✔ Cancellation Policy – Cancellations must be made up to a week prior to the estimated billing date. A fee will ensue otherwise.
3. MEMBERSHIP & PACKAGES
✔ Non-Refundable Payments – All membership fees and prepaid packages are non-refundable.
✔ Membership Auto-Renewal – Monthly memberships auto-renew unless canceled before the billing date.
✔ Membership Freezing – Members may freeze their account for up to 3 months per year (subject to approval).
✔ Transfer Policy – Memberships and prepaid sessions cannot be transferred to another person.
4. TANNING POLICIES
✔ UV Tanning Consent – Clients must wear protective eyewear and follow safety guidelines.
✔ Spray Tanning Care – Clients should exfoliate before their appointment and avoid water, sweat, or lotions for at least 6-8 hours after their spray tan.
✔ Results May Vary – Tanning results depend on skin type, preparation, and aftercare. G-TAN is not responsible for uneven tanning due to improper care.
5. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
✔ Assumption of Risk – Clients understand that UV tanning and beauty treatments carry potential risks and agree to use our services at their own discretion.
✔ Not Liable for Personal Items – G-TAN is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings inside the salon.
✔ No Medical Claims – Our treatments are not medical procedures and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice.
6. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
✔ No Refunds on Services – Once a session has been used, it is non-refundable.
✔ Product Returns – Unopened skincare and tanning products may be exchanged within 7 days with a valid receipt.
✔ Refund Exceptions – Refunds are only provided in exceptional cases (e.g., double charges or billing errors).
7. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
G-TAN reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via our website or in-store announcements.
