β Age Requirement β Customers must be 17 years or older to use UV tanning beds. Those 16 and under must have parental consent for all other tanning services.
β Health & Safety β Clients should consult a doctor if they have any medical conditions that may be affected by tanning or beauty treatments.
β Right to Refuse Service β G-TAN reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating salon policies or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
β Booking Policy β Appointments can be scheduled online, via phone, or in person. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
β Online Booking – We do not take online booking
β Cancellation Policy β Cancellations must be made up to a week prior to the estimated billing date. A fee will ensue otherwise.Β
β Non-Refundable Payments β All membership fees and prepaid packages are non-refundable.
β Membership Auto-Renewal β Monthly memberships auto-renew unless canceled before the billing date.
β Membership Freezing β Members may freeze their account for up to 3 months per year (subject to approval).
β Transfer Policy β Memberships and prepaid sessions cannot be transferred to another person.
β UV Tanning Consent β Clients must wear protective eyewear and follow safety guidelines.
β Spray Tanning Care β Clients should exfoliate before their appointment and avoid water, sweat, or lotions for at least 6-8 hours after their spray tan.
β Results May Vary β Tanning results depend on skin type, preparation, and aftercare. G-TAN is not responsible for uneven tanning due to improper care.
β Assumption of Risk β Clients understand that UV tanning and beauty treatments carry potential risks and agree to use our services at their own discretion.
β Not Liable for Personal Items β G-TAN is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings inside the salon.
β No Medical Claims β Our treatments are not medical procedures and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice.
β No Refunds on Services β Once a session has been used, it is non-refundable.
β Product Returns β Unopened skincare and tanning products may be exchanged within 7 days with a valid receipt.
β Refund Exceptions β Refunds are only provided in exceptional cases (e.g., double charges or billing errors).
G-TAN reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via our website or in-store announcements.
